Q1: What's your minimum order?
A1: One set .

Q2: Can you send the playground  to my country? 
A2: Sure, we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can help you. 

Q3: How about your shipping way?
A3: We usually use FOB Ningbo. Other ports also available,
       since they are far from our factory,so need you pay more inland fee. 

Q4: What's your payment terms ?
A4: By T/T,30% deposit in advance, balance 70%  before shipment.   

Q5:How can I place the order?
A5: First sign the PI,pay deposit,then we will arrange the production.
      After finished production need you pay  balance. Finally we will ship the Goods.

Q6:Can you design the  Playground Equipments according to my budget?
A6: Yes, we have a professional design team,
      who could design one according to your space and budget or any other requirements.

Q7: What's your products' strengths when compare with your competitor?
A7: • QITELE plastic parts: LLDPE are imported from LOTTE, Korea.            
         Thickness of 7-10mm, Life Span is 9 Years or more than 9 years outdoor,  
         Applicable Temperature of -50ºC to 60ºC.
      • QITELE metal parts  thickness of 2.5mm,180-200g/m^2  (International Standard),
      • PVC origin from Germany

      • Competitor plastic parts: LLDPE are from Shandong, China.  
        Thickness of 5-6mm ,Life Span is 4-5 Years outdoor,
        Applicable Temperature of -40ºC to 50ºC.
      • Competitor metal parts thickness of Non International Standard,       
      • PVC origin from domestic.
